What can health and nutrition education do for you?

Health and nutrition education can help you sort through the maze of seemingly conflicting and confusing information generally found on the Internet, in books too many to list, and in the media. Courses and presentations are customized to address the roles nutrition and physical activity play in the prevention, as well as the development, of disease.
